FREE Initial Consultation
To begin, you will have a consultation with Dr. Aaron Williams to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. This first visit is designed to help us learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care meet your goals.
Examination
After the consultation, Dr. Williams will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical examinations. Of course, nothing will be done without your consent.
X-Ray Studies
Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to get a complete consultation of your condition. X-rays help us rule out more serious problems and assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.
Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, Dr. Williams will provide you with a report of findings targeted at answering the three most common questions patients have:
- Can you help me?
- What do you recommend that I do to get better?
- How much is it going to cost?
After discussing your history and health goals, examining your spine and reviewing x-rays or tests, Dr. Williams will discuss treatment and wellness recommendations with you. If it is discovered that you have a condition that requires care with other providers, the doctor will help you understand the findings and can provide referrals.
Treatment
You will generally have your first treatment at the conclusion of the consultation appointment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue therapy. Treatment is always considered to be an interactive experience allowing you to express any concerns you have about the style of adjustment or treatment procedure.
Wellness Program
Prior to leaving our office, you will be instructed on a wellness program for you to follow at home. If you are in pain, the plan may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches. Since every body is different and responds differently to treatment customized wellness plan If you desire an overall wellness lifestyle plan, our wellbeing team will work with you to create good habits and routines that support your success. The foundation of our overall wellness lifestyle strategy is maintaining healthy posture and good spinal alignment, eating a healthy well-balanced diet, taking supplements, keeping your weight under control, and stress relief.

Williams Chiropractic & Decompression Center works hard to minimize patient cost; we accept most major medical insurance carriers and credit cards. Once Dr. Williams outlines the best treatment plan for you, our staff will review the cost of care, set up an affordable payment plan, go over insurance benefits, and specify out of pocket expenses, if any.
